Terms and conditions

By registering your place as a VIP delegate and the 4th Annual Digital Americas Summit, you are stating that unless a more pressing engagement arises, you will attend the event. In the event of a more pressing engagement please nominate a colleague of suitable calibre to attend in your place and provide their details in the spaces below:

Cancellation terms and fees

You have the right to cancel your position without nominating a replacement up to four weeks before the event, although we would ask you to act with the utmost professionalism before making this decision.

Cancellation within four weeks of the event will incur a cancellation fee of UK£500 to cover the administration and accomodation costs. A no-show fee of £2000 will incur if you fail to attend the summit without any prior notice.

Options

As a VIP delegate, you may request or be requested to meet with a number of useful and relevant solution providers at the event. These meetings take place at pre-scheduled times and do not coincide with the conference programme. Additional delegates from your organisation will enable you to share the meeting schedule and optimise your vendor-meeting opportunities.

Delegates who would prefer not to meet solution providers are charged a registration fee of £1250. A very limited number of complimentary VIP places are available to 'C' level directors, ministers and heads of regulatory authorities.

Your profile information will optimise your networking opportunities at the summit. Your profile will be included in the Summit Guide, which will be provided to all attendees on arrival. The summit guide will contain profiles of all attendees so you can easily indentify delegates you will get most value from connecting with and so they can identify you.

This information will be included in your profile in the summit guide. It will enable us to optimise your Power Meetings and networking opportunies at the summit. VIP delegate attendance is enhanced by the opportunity to meet with senior representatives from some fo the world's leading ICT solution providers.

Please inform us of your ICT goals and development plans so we can indentify the most valuable and relevant solution provider meetings, creating a personalised itinerary for you including one to one power meetings taking place at designated times over the course of the summit.
